After graduating from Hacettepe University Faculty of Dentistry in 2000, Erdem Kılıç received his doctorate from Cumhuriyet University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2005. Between 2005 and 2017, he worked as a faculty member at Erciyes University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. In 2010, the University of London, St. Georges Hospital, Maxillofacial Department for 4 months as a visiting doctor. He received the title of associate professor in 2012. In 2017, he started to work as a faculty member in Bezmialem Vakıf University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Kılıç received the title of Professor at the same university in 2018. His professional interests include 3D digital planning, augmentation of atrophic jaws and dentofacial deformity surgeries. Kılıç has more than 50 publications published in national and international journals related to his field of science.
